Title Companies may order a final/status on a property by filling out the online form and sending it to Community Resource Services of Colorado (CRS) atbilling@crsofcolorado.com. CRS will email the form back within 24 hours (usually much sooner) and will include the current status of the account for escrow purposes. Please do not pay the amount of the status- there will be a final bill sent to the Title Company once the closing has been confirmed. There is a $25 transfer fee on all transactions. Please note – there are monthly fees for vacant land as well as houses and commercial properties. If there is a change in the closing date or a cancellation, please contact CRS at (303) 381-4960.
