Loren McFall is a proud Colorado native and has lived in Roxborough Park for over two decades. After 21 years as a Senior Systems Engineer for Lockheed Martin, he pursued farming and ranching in Northern Colorado for the better part of 20 years. McFall ran a 250-head cow-calf operation, as well as farming 400 acres of irrigated land. As the owner of North Poudre water shares, he learned the intricacies of delivering water to ranches, farms, and cities. In retirement from farming, he turned to banking and real estate, further educating himself in the area of Colorado Water Laws, allocations, and the buying and selling of water rights.
